1. Submit an application as a candidate for Doctors Degree, indicating the following:
a. current primary registration as a member of a Commissioner Staff
b. previously earned a Masters Degree in Commissioner Science
2. Complete a project that has been pre-approved by the Dean
3. Complete 6 hours of instruction from the list below, including 4 appropriate core
courses and 2 elective courses:
