General Information:

  • Included in the registration fee: All session materials, patch, noon meal and Pow Wow book ($15.00 before October 11th, $20.00 after October 11th.) (A great resource!)
  • Please come in uniform
  • Bring a 1" 3-ring binder to collect the handouts
  • No children, please
  • Bring pencils, paper, scissors, and a bag to carry craft items
  • Tape recorders, cameras, etc. are allowed
  • Registration begins at 8:30 a.m. with program running from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
  • A  noon meal and drink are provided

The ScoutingBSA.org web site is a legacy site of the Viking Council BSA, now Northern Star Council.  
This site was the original council site and was active from 1996 to 2002 and run by volunteers.  As the web became more important to Scouting, the council took over with paid staff.  This site is no longer maintained but is an interesting snapshot of an early Scouting web site.    You can share your comments
